Mommy held me today

My Mom was able to hold me for the first time today. I handled it very well and she was able to hold me for a half an hour. She had to stop because they came in to do an ultrasound on my head.

After the Ultrasound I was pooped. I fell asleep fast. I am still not used to a lot of attention.

Sister Visit

My big sisters came to visit today. They where given coloring books and samples of the little diapers I wear. They where supper exited to see me.

Mom is helping with my daily cares now

Mom has started to help with my daily cares today, she helps take my temperature, wash my mouth, and change my diaper.

New IV today

They gave me a PICC line today to help me eat and get all my medicine. Daddy took one look at the risks associated and about fainted. The Dr's said it was best so Mom and Dad gave the OK.

Mommy and Daddy came to visit today!

Mom and Dad came to visit. I am covered in wires and tubes, and I have a cute little mask to cover my face while I am tanning in the bilirubin light. I have an IV in my had that is not too comfortable. The Dr's say I am doing well. I started to drink Mommy's milk today. I have a tube in my mouth that goes to my tummy. That is how I am eating right now.
